Customer Review Publication Conditions
BatiMatério allows its customers to post reviews of products offered for sale on the batimaterio.fr website. Posting a review implies prior acceptance and compliance with these conditions.
Objective
The review section aims to allow customers to freely share their experience with products they have purchased, to help other buyers form an opinion in an honest and constructive spirit.
Content Rules
Reviews must not:
• be defamatory, abusive, obscene, violent, racist, xenophobic, or contrary to current laws and regulations, individual rights, or public morals;
• contain personal data (third-party name, address, phone number, email, bank details, etc.);
• refer to another merchant site or encourage purchases from a competitor;
• include advertising content, links, or URLs;
• focus on the shopping experience (delivery, customer service, website) rather than the product itself;
• be unrelated to the product concerned.
Authenticity of Reviews
Published reviews come from customers who purchased the product concerned on batimaterio.fr. No compensation is offered in exchange for posting a review. In accordance with regulations, BatiMatério reserves the right to contact the author of a review to verify its authenticity.
Moderation and Publication
Reviews are subject to moderation before publication. BatiMatério reserves the right to refuse or remove any review that does not comply with these conditions, particularly if:
• the rating does not match the comment;
• the content is unintelligible, off-topic, or spam;
• the content contains personal information, insults, or statements contrary to the law;
• the review concerns the shopping experience and not the product.
The publication time for a compliant review is generally a maximum of seven days. The review remains online as long as the product is offered for sale.
